LUCY BEAUMONT
Drinking Custard: The Diary Of A Confused Mum

Lucy Beaumont is an award-winning stand-up, actress and writer. She stars in and co-wrote the highly-rated Dave sitcom Meet The Richardsons, a fictional look at her marriage to  Jon Richardson, and created Radio 4’s To Hull And Back, which starred with Maureen Lipman. Lucy has also appeared on numerous entertainment shows including The Jonathan Ross Show, Cats Does Countdown, QI and many more.

Her first book, Drinking Custard: The Diary Of A Confused Mum, is a laugh-out-loud account of the trials and tribulations of motherhood, as she recalls raging pregnancy hormones,  shocking pram prices – and the time got so tired she forgot her own child's name.

Interviewed by fellow comedian Isma Almas, who charted her experiences in adopting a son in her acclaimed stand-up show About A Buoy.
